Travel Vietnam!

In 2014 I travelled to Vietnam together with my wife for the first time. It’s a beautiful country with great spirit. The most impressive place we visited was Sapa, a mountain region up north, close to the Chinese border. We met lots of ethnic people from many different groups. Each one with their own culture, own dress code and even their own language. It felt like time traveling.

In Sapa we were lucky to live with a very friendly family in a town called Ban Ho for a couple of days. They invited us in their home and we could participate in their daily life.

One day the whole valley was dipped into a foggy soup. Not so easy to ride a scooter in that weather.

During the first trip to Vietnam we travelled all the way from Saigon up to Hanoi with the famous coast train line. We did a couple of stop overs on the way.
